Information you submit through our forms is forwarded to Primis Mortgage Company (“Primis Mortgage”), a subsidiary of Primis Bank, so they can review your request and contact you about mortgage products and services. 5) SMS/Text Messaging Consent (If You Opt In)

If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive SMS/text messages from us, you consent to receive informational or promotional messages related to the Website, reminders, updates, and similar communications (“SMS Notifications”).

• Opt Out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT).

• Costs & Frequency. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
